About Polly’s Pantry

Polly’s Pantry is a UK artisan bakery making handmade biscuits, cookies, oaties and snack bites made with food allergies in mind and suitable for vegans. Polly started baking in 2006 because her daughter has serious food allergies and she couldn’t find biscuits in the supermarkets that her daughter could eat safely.

Today we bake under two brands, Polly’s Pantry and Mollie’s Kitchen, using a rice flour base and gluten-free oats from a farm in Cambridgeshire. Packs are £2.50 each, and we also supply cafés, coffee shops, supermarkets, farm shops and children’s play centres.

Which allergens do your recipes avoid?

Our recipes are developed around the 14 major UK allergens: gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, celery, mustard, eggs, milk, sesame, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, soya, sulphites and lupin. Ingredients vary by product, so please check the full ingredients list on each product page before buying.

Are your biscuits and cookies vegan?

Yes. Every Polly’s Pantry and Mollie’s Kitchen product is vegan, made with a rice flour base and gluten-free oats from a farm in Cambridgeshire.

How are online orders delivered?

Orders are sent by courier. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a note saying when and where it can be collected. We can’t deliver to PO Boxes.

Do you supply wholesale customers?

Yes. We supply cafés, coffee shops, supermarkets, farm shops and children’s play centres, and we take orders for events and gifts. Get in touch through our wholesale page.
